Founded in 2016, Chillbachi has evolved from an ice cream cart at local Farmers Markets into one of Los Angeles’ most innovative dessert catering experiences. What began as a single cart has grown into a multi-offering dessert cart service featured in activations for major brands, pop-ups, weddings, festivals Mitzvahs and corporate events.

We specialize in creating customizable, branded, and unforgettable dessert moments. From our best selling self serve soft serve bar, boba bars to candy walls, churro puff carts, slushee bars and the cool liquid nitro dragons breath experience. Our carts are fully mobile, able to be beautifully branded and operated by an experienced team that prioritizes both flavor and flair.

Our work has been featured in Food & Wine Magazine, People Magazine, NBC’s California Live, Business Insider, Secret LA, LA Weekly, and more. We’ve partnered with brands like Coachella, Savage x Fenty, Warner Brothers, Netflix, Spotify and the LA Dodgers and we’re just getting started.
